Radical Delegation: Hired an Assistant and Still Struggling? How to Go From Grind to Great

Radical Delegation isn’t your typical business book. No theory here: It’s a pragmatic, conversational handbook for leaders designed to free up 12+ hours a week by introducing the most important hire you’ve (probably) never made: An Engagement Manager, who acts as a cross between a highly-skilled assistant and an intuitive chief of staff. Through a series of step-by-step playbooks (ranging from eDrafting to Inbox Shadowing and beyond) you’ll learn how to hire and work with an assistant to eliminate everything on your plate that isn’t the best use of your time and 10X your ability to invest into the relationships you need to reach your fullest potential. You can have your engagement manager thank me later.”” -David Cohen, Co-Founder and Chairman, Techstars “”Written with clarity and a practical approach, this book introduces actionable tools and replicable workflows that have revolutionized the way my EA and I work together.
